I’m a therapist, and I cannot wait until it becomes more commonplace as mental health treatment. My clients who microdosed saw great results. So I can only imagine actually dosing while getting therapy would be incredible.

The best part about micro dosing is that it’s not like antidepressants where you need to take it everyday. You can just take it a few days a week sand integrate everything you get from it into your life

Yup, and I’ve heard of people having life-changing experiences during a full trip. I’m sure it would require some microdosing for maintenance, but compared to antidepressants, that’s nothing. Not to mention side effects for antidepressants.

I had a bad trip once and after that I felt incredibly empty for months and I was actually having emotion but I was incredibly sad. That’s when I realized I had been depressed for the past 8 years since I was 14 after my dad died and going through life not feeling anything was not how life was supposed to be lived. After that I got help and turned it all around

I wonder if having therapy support during and immediately after the trip would have made a difference faster. I’m really glad you got help and got it turned around!

It 100% would of. A felt very lost after it. During the trip I completely forgot who I was, what planet I was on, and who everyone around me was. The crazy part was that it was only 2 grams when I was taking 3.5 normally. Never underestimate the power of psychedelics. That trip was the most important moment of my life.

Damn, that’s intense! It sounds like that experience was pivotal even though it was clearly unpleasant.

Exactly. I’m glad you’re a therapist who is very open to it

The good news is there’s tons of us! Getting trained in psychedelic treatment is so hot right now, everyone is doing it. We can definitely see the potential. Of course, as always, there will be people stuck behind who think it’s a bad idea. Whatever, they can get lost. We’re moving forward with or without them!
