    I just can’t believe how many people, knowing their own kids and grandkids will be inheriting the earth they’ve scorched, refuse to take even the smallest action to mitigate the effects of climate change. Everyone can clearly see the effects at this point, so you have to be either callous or stupid–or both, I guess…

      I agree with you but we’ve also got to realize what huge percentage of the population lives paycheck to paycheck and have been told by the FFF Industry that any action is going to cost them lots of money, when the opposite is true.

        I was mainly referring to people with the power to effect significant change–politicians, world leaders, CEOs, etc, not your average person. I guess I should’ve been clearer on that point. I guess when I think about how many people in those positions are likely narcissists or psychopaths it starts to make more sense that they wouldn’t care about their kids and grandkids, so…

          Agreed. The number 1 most effective action individual people can do is vote. Vote in pro-environment candidates and vote out fossil fuel puppets.
