    A “few”??

    Twenty-Four states have legalized recreational. 24/50…PLUS the nations capitol.

    Another 15 have medical.

    And out of remaining, some of them have decriminalized it to a small offence.

    There are only FOUR states left where weed is 100% illegal.

      States don’t have the right to legalize cannabis as long as it’s still illegal federally. It’s just that the federal government has decided to no longer enforce cannabis prohibition, but the state laws contradicting it are still illegal.
