minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink0•1 year agoAh, it depends on the person. For me, 20 is a good time. Because I don’t do basic things with photoshop. Can’t see the advantage of faster start time if the capability of the program is crap.
Less than 20 seconds for me, same as lightroom
Paint takes less than 1 second on my system. 20 seconds is pretty crazy to do basic editing/blurring/cropping/etc.

Anything over 5 second is pretty damn slow.
