As a lifetime drinker, my consumption has gone from stupid in my twenties to skimpy nowadays. I had two mojitos Saturday and woke up with sandpaper tongue and a headache.
Same. I never have more than one drink anymore. I used to go to bars on the weekends and be fine in the morning, and it was like I hit 26 and a switch flipped. Suddenly the hangover was all day Sunday and part of Monday. Now I’m almost 40 and I’d probably just die.

Edit: I hit it hard in my younger years, probably ruined my liver beyond the point of healing itself.
