Finnish bank allowed oligarch Rotenberg to withdraw funds just before sanctions took effect

yle.fi

Rotenberg was allowed to withdraw his funds in April 2022, after promising not to transfer them to Russia or Belarus.

Why? Finland, you supported world in war against Putin, but now you give money to Putin’s friend and oligarch?

Edit: apparently it was one oligarch helping another.
