I think I’m going to get the standard physical release again, since that’s what I did for myself for the first two games. Got a friend the Spider-Man edition PS4 Pro when that was a thing, but couldn’t really justify more than standard for myself. I’m glad I went physical for the first game, since now I can technically opt to play with the original peter face model if I want, but other than that I’m not sure why I’m going physical this time, aside from the fact that I also bought the first two games on Steam when they released for PC, and if I’m going to keep buying them twice, I might as well have one be a physical copy.
Edit: Maybe it’s just me not being able to see the suits in motion, but the bonus suits for the Deluxe edition all look a bit busy and generic “video game skin” to me, rather than feeling like they fit in the world of Spider-Man, so that’s a big part of me going standard as well.
