Okay, can you suggest a rewrite that you would have found acceptable and not hot?

I “fucked the conversation” by questioning what was special about this purported click bait as opposed to others? That’s a pretty strong reaction to something so mundane.
So it wasn’t my choice of words (when I “came in hot”) and you’re bothered by my questioning op’s motivation for picking on this headline?
(To make sure my comment was clear… why this article vs the entire rest of the Internet, nearly 100% of articles of which are NOT legitimate stories about actual literal Nazis?)
Did I trigger a bunch of Nazis or something? Why is it controversial to question the motive… just at all question, let alone persecute… of using this article of all articles, to pull out the soapbox? Was ops history littered with similar comments about a variety of clickbait including clickbait that was criticism of the left? If that’s the case, then I’m wrong and Op didn’t just happen to take issue with the anti Nazi sentiment, Op truly hates clickbait. But this isn’t a gray area. At best it’s a dog whistle. Literally , neither of our opinions or feelings matter here… Either op always vents about clickbait or only vented about the “clickbait” that legitimately called out real life Nazis.
There’s a lot of me in your comments where I asked in earnest for substance about the subject matter.
(and I wouldn’t have told you to need your own advice bc this is literally a forum, and it is by definition of significance where one (op) comments… bc that’s literally what this is. A place to comment)
