Civil wars do not seize statehouses, they seize states. What you are talking about would end up killing huge numbers of trans people, along with all of the other people getting caught in the crossfire. I’m not sure that’s the best way to advocate for them.
You’re the one suggesting lawmakers should take statehouses by force. How do you expect them to do that?
It’d be a civil war and non-politicians would necessarily have to be recruited.
