      Jerboa is pretty good, hope iphone gets a good version as well

        Jerboa has a lot of problems, especially with link and media handling. I actually much prefer just using the chrome “install this website” thing to get a launcher icon. Sync should be much better than either.

          That’s what I did after 3-4 days of Jerboa. It’s not unusable but it needs a lot of polishing. The website / PWA is just better.

            And this is the kind of thing I liked about the reddit apps that I hope we get here. Personally I find Jerbia to be okay but flawed, installing the website to be a bad enough experience that I nearly gave up on trying it, and am holding my breath for the RIF dev to make a Lemmy is fun or something.

            What I reaaly want to see is a few different options to cater to the different tastes people have.
