minus-square@Moclink1•1 year agoI really did try to use pre workout powder and I hated it because it’s too sweet at that time of the morning. Cup of black coffee is the best pre workout. If you really want some energy, smash a banana too.

I like my C4’s for pre-workout, but they’ve got some kind of artificial sweetener I’m assuming
