minus-square@schmidtsterlink2•1 year agoWell shit I’m surprised, that’s a crap ton of damage for a deer.
minus-square@EdibleFriendlink5•1 year agoThose fucks are like brick walls. I’ve seen them total more then a few cars.
minus-squareFiveMacslinkfedilink2•1 year agoProbably poor placement of the deer jumping at the time of collision. I do know that the damage is typically a lot less from deer.
minus-squareGreenBottleslink4•1 year agoI’ve seen this type of damage several different times in my life
minus-square@schmidtsterlink1•1 year agoAh shit, looked up the specs, aluminum body parts instead of steel.
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•1 year agoaren’t crumple zones a good thing? Didn’t this crumple right or something?
minus-square@schmidtsterlink-1•1 year agoCrumple zones are in the bumper and is for the occupants I believe. And as for pedestrians and wildlife, you want to deflect them, absorbing it would put more force and damage on them iirc.
