minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish1•1 year agoErlaubt ist es, aber: der Mieter muss dann Schenkungssteuer zahlen, und der Vermieter muss evtl. Zweitwohnsteuer zahlen, und der Vermieter kann natürlich keine Ausgaben (Renovierung etc.) bei der Einkommenssteuer ansetzen.
