The US has given plenty of hardware to Israel over the years, and they do a fair bit of domestic production too. I don’t think they are hurting for hardware.
And assuming this doesn’t explode into a war with neighbouring countries, I don’t think this is a situation where hardware is the limiting factor. Both sides are basically relying on guys with guns going in and shooting the people they think need to be shot. That doesn’t depend much on fancy high-tech hardware.
