Thanks for creating this & I hope it takes off! Here is my cocktail from the June contest on r/cocktails. The cheong is syrup made by slicing up grapefruit, skin and all, then layering it in a jar with sugar, shake daily for a few days then strain out the liquid, that’s it.
I’d be happy to moderate too, but it depends entirely on the one person who’s gatekeeping access to the community.
