        Yeah it’s incredibly misleading.

        The woman was required to provide evidence for a given year and then gives bills and paperwork covering unrelated years.

        This person sounds dumb or confused.

      She has tenants. Gotta read the article before jumping to conclusions.

      The city just didn’t accept her documentation. Some faceless bureaucrat who doesn’t need to care, protecting their job.
