minus-square@hedgehogging_the_bedlink5•1 year agoWhile being totally wrong because it wasn’t called Alfredo at the time and wouldn’t be until like 1930s, they did often put oil, herbs, and cheese on pasta before the popularity of the tomato so you are still correct.
