minus-squareLvxferrelinkfedilink3•1 year agoI’ll try it although I think that part of the “wake me up” effect is from drinking it signalling to my body “nap is over, move”. So I guess that I’ll end drinking it twice.

Half hour nap. Plus caffeine afterwards.
