      What does that have to do with Nintendo using it in their games? That’s Irdeto who decided to offer their DRM for Switch developers. As far as I can tell Nintendo is not involved in it, beyond presumably giving their OK.

        I thought that because historically Nintendo has been very anti emulation and blocking emulation is one of the features of this DRM.

        Curious why I was downvoted for providing the source that informed my interpretation. Am I being toxic or not contributing to the conversation?

          Because the person you replied to gave a good reason why Nintendo wouldn’t want to implement it, and your link didn’t have any information that would refute that.

              Doesn’t say anything about working offline, which is what that commenter is saying Nintendo would be concerned about.
