The beauty of Federated Lemmy/Kbin is that you only need one account on just the one instance. You can create more accounts on seperate instances, because some instances might block or get blocked by others.
But by having a Lemmy.world account for example, you can also view many of the other instances in the ‘All’ feed (or by subscribing) Let me know if you need more information.

I found the reason why it probably doesn’t work for you on Jerboa.
