Have made these several times and can vouch for the recipe. So indulgent and delicious. I make a double batch and roll them into balls, freeze on a baking sheet then into a plastic bag with instructions on baking them so that kids & husband have emergency cookies.

    I love them too. Mind you, there is more chocolate than discard in the recipe so we’re also kidding ourselves that this is about using discard up!
