Yes. One of my closest friends - an engineer with a Masters degree - had a very nice job offer but she turned it down because of the basic lack of women’s reproductive health services.
She’s smart and capable and has the degrees - one from the Air Force Academy - to say fuck no. I respect her a lot, and I’m ashamed to still be here tbh

If the number of Texans showing up in Seattle is why indication it certainly does seem to be a factor.
