The early winter storm that blanketed Colorado with a healthy amount of snow made it perfect for opening day at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area Sunday morning.

Our roads cleared out by end of day, just driving my partner to work was the tough part. She hasn’t gotten her tires swapped on yet, and my car is 4wd at least. Could do without it being 2 degrees at the moment.
