The Biden administration requested Israel detail the thinking and process behind the recent strike on the Jabalia Refugee Camp in Northern Gaza, according to a U.S. official, who like others was granted anonymity to discuss sensitive conversations.
“The U.S. asked for an explanation of the first [attack] on Jabalia,” said the official, adding that the conversation was in the context of “asking Israel to do more to avoid civilian casualties.”
And do you have any proof that it wasn’t just some stupid thing somebody stupid said that nothing came out of?
I never even heard of that guy and can’t find him on Google.
Sure!
The Guardian Haaretz
So, the stupid opinion of a retired person (as of 2014 already…) which isn’t even filling an active role in the military, and is already deceased.
Meaning no actual IDF policy or strategy whatsoever.
Well that’s great news! Now I can ignore:
I mean I can keep going, but why bother? You’re saying that this stuff doesn’t matter! It’s great to just brush off Israeli apartheid!
It is actually just a proposal without any weight, which might not even be considered at all by any acting part of government - despite its name, that office usually has very little political power and does nothing but prepare documents and research.
Now, you cannot link me isolated instances older than 5 years - on each we can deep dive into discussion about disagreements (since they are often biased against Israel, and exaggerate or invent some facts, and leave others out… But not always, sometimes soldiers fuck up and do things that they should be judged for, of course it can happen) to support a claim that is only recently made about a supposed policy.
Israel has killed a Palestinian children daily since it’s inception, this isn’t isolated. I’ll let you be delusional on your own.
Nice context.
