I don’t care that mutch about Reddit Inc, but rather about all the communities I was once part of.
@Acetamide I get that, but aren’t these communities closing up / migrating in response to the API fees? Wouldn’t it be better to keep those communities and acknowledge that Reddit is a company in a capitalist system and needs to make money to survive? Meanwhile they’re probably getting countless API calls from every new LLM out there, on top of the usual 3rd party apps.
