It’s nice to get an update on fairing reuse, since they no longer regularly mention it during webcasts.

    No. It is part of the space treaty that most nations have signed up to, that any part of a space craft remains the property of whoever launched it, and clean-up of it is the responsibility of the country from which it is launched.

        For a bunch of scrap carbon fiber? Nothing. For the propulsion / GNC tech to China or if you cut out the logo and other parts and sell them to nerds? More than nothing.
