How tf do we unionize remote workplaces if we don’t see each other at work?

Talk in non manager voice chats, exchange numbers, if you’re in similar regions plan to hang out outside of work with your coworkers (or work events outside of earshot of management), get in contact with an established union organizer, the option I’ve taken was through the AFL CIO, but i know others exist.

The things you don’t want to do is to via text chat try to unionize your coworkers (on company controlled stuff at least) and announce your plans too soon, you also don’t want to open every conversation with hey let’s unionize.

It’s something that is both easy and hard, and will take time to accomplish and is hard to estimate but if you can talk about something you’re passionate about and willing to put in time and some research you’ll be able to unionize your workplace.

If you’d like more help I’m glad to give it to anyone. I’ve done one campaign and while it was not successful it’s something that gave me many valuable lessons and I’ve kept all the suggestions I’ve received from my former contacts i made.
