It’s surprisingly accurate. Distance is very accurate, in my experience. It’s not exactly perfect auto detecting the activity I’m doing, but it tries (it frequently thinks I’m doing an eliptical workout when I’m walking fast).
I use mine for tracking distance, along with the Nike running app, and some other apps for other health things (like heart rate, migraines, etc).
I can say that the heart rate is spot on. I was in the ER woth a heart monitor on for a few hours, and the watch was always +/- 2bpm.
It’s biggest downfall is that you can’t set your own heart rate thresholds imo. I have a comedically low heart rate, so I have to be pushing myself harder than most people for it to auto detect activities.

Is it able to get notifications from your phone?
Yes, it can. Its very annoying as so far i couldnt find an option to filter out notifications to be ONLY on the phone.
