The states that honor all U.S.-issued concealed carry permits are: Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansas Idaho Indiana Kansas Kentucky Michigan (resident permits only) Mississippi Missouri Montana North Carolina Ohio Oklahoma Sout Dakota Tennessee Utah Vermont Virginia
