Especially as it’s half the price of a product made to guard against frost that lasts basically forever. Because on the north American continent, it is much cheaper to have something that you just run day in and day out instead of only when needed. How much is 400 kWh in CAD? I don’t know what 12 old bulbs cost, but I know the life expectancy was about 1000h or so. I wouldn’t pick it anyhow, the heater is cheap as dirt
