    What was the recipe? I’ve never had peanut brittle

      This is the recipe I use, except instead of pouring it onto a baking sheet, I put them in pie pans that have been lightly sprayed with non stick oil. You have to be really quick when stirring in the butter and baking power and then pouring, because it settles and hardens really fast.

      Really? Its roasted peanuts in crunchy caramel. Very tasty!
