The person with the supposedly low IQ jumps to that conclusion in response to being insulted. We could be talking about the physical height of the placement of the cup, maybe it’s on a low shelf? It should read “Son, that cup of coffees temperature is higher than your IQ”.

Where in the meme does it mention temperature?
Search for the word “kelvin”
The meme doesn’t say anything about the coffees IQ being related to temperature.
