And I got an email today saying that my payment couldn’t be confirmed and that my order was canceled. I called their support and they said that their system was having issues and they would follow up in the next 24 hours. Seems like this has happened for many others so I’m hoping they correct it. I don’t want to wait til mid July now.
It has happened with other pixel releases. It happened to meand support didnt do shit. They were worthless.
The best part is that they couldn’t verify payment method through their own financing partner lol.
I re ordered without synchrony but it’s not supposed to be delivered until mid July now.
