They figure if they don’t do it, someone else will. And they’re arrogant enough to think that them doing it will be the best scenario.

They’re not scared of jobs going away because they make more money from investments.

And I don’t understand how people fear the less jobs thing. If you have to fear losing your job then your society is fucked and you should consider eating the rich instead.
