      Is there consensus that Starship exploded, or are other scenarios still being considered? Given the height and ground speed, I suppose that a lot of the debris will stay in LEO for quite a while.

        Consensus is that the FTS was triggered. The exact cause is still unknown, but could be due to a LOx leak. The ship was still a few km/s shy of orbital velocity, so it is unlikely that debris made it to orbit.
