It definitely seems like the end, especially considering the chapter name, and there was even a time-skip between the previous chapter and this one so it’s already sort of an epilogue, but you’re right - the last chapter is generally marked as such, and this one isn’t.
I guess we’ll see. It’s possible that the chapter poster just didn’t add whatever triggers the (End) flag.
Yeah, I just checked the discussion thread in the subreddit to see if it is the end, and it is properly labeled as the end there. Alright, this is moving up the to-read list. Currently working through Ri-chan, then Akebi, then this…probably…unless something else shiny catches my eye.
