It is Monday. Usually I would be grumpy today, thirsty and slightly hangover from Saturday. Not today!
Monday arrives, and I am sober with a good night of rest. I’m feeling light and happy, swelling is finally starting to leave my ankles at day 37. No poisonous alcohol for me today, let’s do this!
Don’t forget to take a walk and stay hydrated! 37 days is huge.
