Often exemplified in surreal out-of-context posts. Shitposts can be many things including memes, spam, and bait - but rarely vice-versa. Unlike memes, shitposts have no template. Unlike spam, shitposts don't need repetition. Unlike bait, shitposts aren't designed for response.
