Federal and state-level governments in Germany have announced that a monthly 29-euro Deutschlandticket will be available to those studying in the country.
As far as I understood the whole thing, the 29 € ticket will be your semester ticket. It’s still the solidarity tickez and the contracts are still going to be between your AStA and your local public.transport association
