Requiring basic respect for your peers is not fascist.

Requiring respect for your peers isn’t compelled speech either. Don’t respect your co-workers? Enjoy not having your job anymore.

            You do have a choice:

            1. Respect your peers/coworkers

            2. Find employment elsewhere

Yeah, that’s stupid, because it would allow for misgendering/failing to use the correct pronouns of cis people. So even if you’re in the “trans people are delusional” bigotry camp, it is still a dumb law. Men could be called she/her, and women could be called he/him with no recourse.

Basic respect for people isn’t that hard.

Good. The government should have no place compelling speech

Agreed. Good thing forcing employees to have basic respect isn’t forced speech, which makes this law stupid.

Someone has the right to follow the 1st amendment.

And they can choose to use their speech for good (keep job) or not (lose job). Either way their speech is still their own choice, therefore not compelled.

                I get as a fascist

I’m not the one voting for a guy who basically quotes Hitler and uses Hitler’s playbook. That’s you. You’re just projecting.

No you voted for the guy who was supported by the Neo-Nazis.

                    No I didn’t.

As I clearly pointed out, we are not required to do that at work.

                    Good for you.

You are trying to force compliance like a fascist.

As I’ve already explained, it isn’t forced.
