Sadly most mods seem to give in the moment their existences as mods are endangered.
The fear of losing what little authority they have is a great motivator.
R/apple should have changed the rules to talk only about a specific fruit.
r/Apple, of all people, shouldn’t have anything to say about overcharging for services lol.
As great as that would be, If there was a sub that I didn’t expect to do anything about the reddit changes, it would be r/apple.
Ability to pay bills are at stake so it’s understandable.
They’re afraid if they lose their volunteer moderator status, they’ll have to start spending more time with their families.

I got that message, so I just made the subs public again, and I’ll be an absentee mod like half of the rest of Reddit, and the whole site will continue its enshittification.
