There aren’t many femboys who are fem 24/7, as most people who identify as male want to feel masculine. F1NN5TER and John McClean are fem almost all the time while still identifying as men, so it does happen. It’s also hard for anyone to really be a boy or a girl past a certain age, so femboys kind of need to be younger.
