Oh wow, it’s actually made from stainless steel and not some shitty mild steel. I should get me one, this would be a lifesaver in Michigan

Get a DeLorean; it would be more off road capable.

Until you got a dent and had to replace an entire panel at a huge cost.

Yeah, it’s incredibly disappointing that the bed is only 4x6 at the bottom. I can’t find any info for the dimensions at the top of the box, if that makes sense. Normal trucks have a much wider bed above the wheel wells for wider things like mattresses or awkwardly shaped things like kayaks.

The 2500lb payload is on par for a standard pickup, but with a back bed wall shaped like ¿, it’s difficult to even know what would fit or how well.

              4x6 isn’t bad…I’d even say it’s a great compromise…

              For a mid-size pickup.

Owning a mid-size, I’ve never been limited by anything that I would want to put into the bed of a full size (anything that large is too damn heavy to want to lift up that high).

Long boards (10’+) are a little inconvenient - they get strapped down on top of the tailgate.

But a full-size with that bed? Why would you buy a full size if not for the larger bed? (Well, bigger cab too).

It’s definitely for the bigger cab and longer bed. You can tie a 14’ kayak down in a 6ft bed with the tailgate down without any other supports. A shorter bed and you’ll have to use one of those tail gate hitch things.

Anyone who is going to spend that much on a truck is going to care about the dents.

Let’s be real, if you want an EV and a real truck, you’re going to buy an F-150 Lightning, Silverado EV, or RAM EV and get a truck that’s at least somewhat compatible with normal truck accessories, and has a service network that’s not going to just offer you Uber credits when you need to get to a jobsite

            Not a bad point.

My truck was nowhere near that much, even new (I always buy used), but it’s a truck, dents happen. Part of why I’d never pay that much or buy new.

Yeah the point is that if you care about denting it, something is wrong with your choice of tools, not the tool you chose.

Stainless steel still rusts when exposed to salt and water.
