I think some people try to get the trans friendly lemmy.blahaj.zone defederated as much as possible.
Those kinds of attacks are sadly a weakpoint in the fediverse.
The gore dead baby photo directly under it was worse. I reported the one I saw in a different thread and I’ve blocked the user. Don’t need to see that again.
Probably. It was multiple posts of a naked guy bending over and spreading.

Unfortunately, I can’t see it on my Lemmy.world or Kbin account, so I can’t do anything about it. I banned a fellow like that not too long ago.
