After a glorious birthday cream tea yesterday I’ve realised I’ve overestimated just how much clotted cream I would need and have a veritable dairy of leftovers. The scones are all gone and the rest of the strawberries won’t be ripe til next week, so anyone got any recipes or ideas with what I can do with a large tub of Rodda’s finest?

      I’ve never heard of this recipe either, and I have everything I need to make it! I’ll definitely be trying this out.
