I’ve been running polls all week where people just upvote comment A or comment B for their preference. Today right after I posted the new poll, I had someone comment they had voted on A. I checked back again a few minutes later and I still showed no upvote in A. After a few more minutes, still no upvote showing, so I replied they may have forgot to upvote their choice because I didn’t see any upvote.

They responded back their vote was showing, along with a few other upvotes I also didn’t see. I refreshed the post a few times, and also exited the p of st and went back in, but it still just showed the original 1 upvote from me posting the comment. In another app, I verified what the other user said, that there were a number of upvotes. I happened to notice when collapsing the comment thread, that DID show the correct count, but when I expanded it, it still just showed one vote. Exiting Summit completely and opening it again DID fix the tally, so I think there is a discrepancy in the refresh of the count.

Not a huge issue, but I just noticed since I was running a poll and checking progress, but it seemed worthy of a bug report. I’m still very new to Summit, so if it’s user error, or some setting I have wrong could be it as well.

Thanks for the report. Vote/score caching still has some problems. This issue looks like a special case cache issue for posts/comments where you’ve voted. I’ll look into this for the next update.
