    That assumes we have knowledge of how things work outside the simulation. Which we don’t and wouldn’t.

      If we assume we’re in a simulation, we can thus infer that there must be a real world to house our simulation at some point.

      We don’t need to know about it or how it works, to know if it is there. Therefore that the same questions some may brush away with the answer of ‘simulation’ is relevant again in this real world.
