State TV said both Talaeieh and Nasir cruise missiles have arrived at a naval base near the Indian Ocean.

Iran’s navy on Sunday added domestically produced sophisticated cruise missiles to its arsenal, state TV reported.

The TV said both Talaeieh and Nasir cruise missiles have arrived at a naval base near the Indian Ocean in the southern Iranian port of Konarak, some 1,400 kilometers (850 miles) southeast of the capital, Tehran.

Navy chief Adm. Shahram Irani said the Talaeieh has a range of more than 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and called it “fully smart.” Irani said the cruise missile is capable of changing targets during travel.

He said the Nasi has a range of 100 kilometers (62 miles) and can be installed on warships.

Sadly this is why Iran needs its own nuclear program.

Then Saudi will get nukes. The middle East will be flush with nukes and that powder keg is just waiting for a match. Then what do we have? Irradiated oil! A permanent gas price increase. On the plus side, the whole world will go on an economic slide, but electric cars will sell.

But then they don’t get to feel morally righteous without thinking about any of the ramifications!

This is why we need to fuck their digital infrastructure and sabotage them at every chance possible.

You are aware the primary reason NK hasn’t been wiped out is because their traditional artillery would kill hundreds of thousands in Seoul in a few hours right. It has less to do with nukes than you think.

NK doesn’t have the slightest chance of winning a conflict against even a weak secondary power. They can just make sure SK loses too.

I’ve never been able to figure out why they haven’t transition away from Seoul to a different city far far south, and make that the capital. Start moving people here, have some type of government help to do so. Hell have some US help to do so, it will take a lot out of the boat of North Korea

Unless you’re going to somehow ensure there’s no even somewhat densely populated ares within 200km of the DMZ (and continue moving it back as NK slowly progresses to better tech), they’ll just switch to a different city. For reference, that’s more than the entire northern half of the country

Random Internet friend, I am proposing we move it as far south as possible.

They are on a peninsula, right?
