Maine barred Donald Trump from the primary ballot Thursday, making it the second state in the country to block the former president from running again under a part of the Constitution that prevents insurrectionists from holding office.
The decision by Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows (D) is sure to be appealed. The Colorado Supreme Court last week found Trump could not appear on the ballot in that state, and the Colorado Republican Party has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the case. The nation’s high court could resolve for all states whether Trump can run again.
I like candidates who weren’t barred.
I like guys who weren’t captured, and fingerprinted, mugshotted, and booked.

I was hoping for a Frank Abagnale Catch Me If You Can type of scenario where he’s being chased by one dedicated FBI agent. Trump somehow always escapes by wearing elaborate costumes and pulls off a heist with multiple stolen identities.
I want to see him in that French prison in Catch Me if You Can.
I kind of want an A-Team vibe here: “On January 6th, a crack corruption team of government officials were accused of a crime they certainly committed. These men promptly complained on every conservative talk show outside Los Angeles. Still claiming they’re the government, they now survive as speakers of conferences. If no one else believes your cat is psychic, if you’re beyond help, and if you can afford them, you can hire… the Trump Organization.

Can we not use AI images when questioning his legitimacy? There are plenty of things he has done already that we can point to.

And then sold merchandise with his mugshot with the caption “Never Surrender.” The mugshot from when he literally surrendered. And MAGA folks bought the stuff proving that they’ll buy anything to prove their “MAGA-ness.”
Frankly I don’t love the ones who weren’t, but we take what we can get
