I just finished a bag of Burundi Long Miles Gaharo Hill from Oynx Coffee Lab (https://onyxcoffeelab.com/products/burundi-long-miles-gaharo-hill?variant=40261580226658) that I made Kalita pour overs with.
I’ve always thought about getting a V60, do you notice any big difference in taste or convenience?

It’s not different enough from the Wave (imho) to justify getting it, unless you just like experimenting. I think the Wave might be a little easier to be consistent with, from what I’ve heard? It might be a little easier to find V60 filters than Kalita–might be the main advantage :)
